By accessing and using the Lumen Therapeutic Services website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our website or services.

2. Services

Lumen Therapeutic Services provides NDIS-registered therapeutic services including behaviour support, speech therapy, occupational therapy, and training & consultancy. Our services are delivered in accordance with the NDIS Practice Standards and Quality Indicators.

3. Eligibility

Our therapeutic services are available to NDIS participants with relevant funding in their plans. A referral or plan review may be required before commencing services. We reserve the right to decline services where we determine we cannot meet an individual's needs appropriately.

4. Appointments and Cancellations

Appointments are scheduled by mutual agreement. We require at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations. Late cancellations or no-shows may be charged in accordance with NDIS pricing guidelines.

5. Fees and Payment

Our fees are set in accordance with the NDIS Price Guide. Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise arranged. We accept payment through NDIS plan management, self-management, and agency management arrangements.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of Lumen Therapeutic Services and is protected by Australian copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

While we strive to provide accurate and up-to-date information, we make no warranties about the completeness or accuracy of information on this website. Our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Australia. Any disputes arising from these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Australian courts.

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to this page. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
