Our Services

Behaviour Support

Positive, proactive behaviour support that reduces restrictive practices and improves quality of life for NDIS participants.

About This Service

Understanding Behaviour, Building Support

Our Behaviour Support Practitioners are experienced in developing individualised, evidence-based support plans. We conduct thorough Functional Behaviour Assessments to understand the function of behaviours, then work collaboratively with participants, families, and support networks to develop proactive strategies.

We are committed to reducing restrictive practices and building capacity in all environments — home, school, community, and work. Our neuroaffirming approach means we never seek to eliminate behaviours that are simply expressions of neurodivergence. Instead, we focus on understanding the underlying needs and creating supportive environments.

Every behaviour support plan is unique, person-centred, and developed in partnership with the participant and their support network. We believe that with the right support, everyone can thrive.
